  REGULAR RUNS

* Every Sunday - Long Runs - 9:00 am at the Sportsplex - easy pace with walk breaks - base training for spring marathons, half marathons or New Balance Island Series

* Every Saturday - Breakfast run - one hour on the trails - at 9 am at the Logging Bridge - breakfast at the Quinnie afterward - a variety of paces  Click here

* Every Monday and Thursday - Sportfit - 5:45 pm (class starts on time) - meet for food and drinks at the pub on Thursdays - one and a quarter hours

* Every Monday - Morning Run - 6:00 am - McPhedran Rd entrance to Beaver Lodge - casual pace 30-40 min (headlamps required)

* Every Tuesday and Thursday to Dec 12th - Deep Water Running Twist - 7:00 - 7:45 pm - Strathcona Gardens

* Every Wednesday - Trail Run - 6:00 am - location arranged on Monday Run - Dan Clements - 286-6340

* Every Wednesday - ShoreRunners Running Clinics - 5:30 pm from ShoreRunners

* Every Wednesday - Co-ed Soccer - 7:30 pm - at the all-weather field behind the Sportsplex

* Every Thursday - Ultimate Frisbee - 7:30 pm - at the Sportsplex under the lights
