Hello, My name is Steve Nagle, your
instructor for Sport Fit.
|
|
The Sport Fit Class was originally
started by Steve & Linda Nagle in September 1982. The
class has remained virtually unchanged over the years although the music
has changed. This is not a beginner class. It is a high intensity workout
designed for people already active and in reasonable physical condition.
Some of the exercises are of advanced level and are quite demanding. There
is little or no choreography required although the workout is done to
music.
FUN! however is a very important
element and has probably contributed to the classes success throughout the
years.
